The Plan

The leader of the neo-conservative group put together a secret plan. It was to instigate a military coup that would force the existing president to resign. His place would be taken by a caretaker president, one vowed to ensure that the nation took its rightful place in the world. Success in that endeavour would guarantee public support and re-election.

The first part of the plan was to establish a small influential group under the leadership of Sebastion Gould, one of the original leaders. He would recruit three members. Each would be responsible for implementing parts of the Plan. Initially, they would not know each other’s involvement until the leader decided it was necessary. The three people he recruited would need to be fully committed. They would need incentives. Each person was approached individually. When Gould was satisfied their commitments were strong enough, he gave each a mission to fulfil. They all had personal reasons based on self- interest to want the Plan to succeed. The purpose of the meeting at Georgia House was to bring them together as a team and to report progress.
